Simple ways to bring in EASE and move out TOXINS

Our bodies have an innate detoxification system - it is very clever and vital to to help us overcome our toxin and tension loaded world.


You don’t have to think about it but when you are sweating, breathing and digesting you body is detoxing and cleansing.


What you can think about is how your can support your body by lightening the detox load, and how our system return to a nature state of Ease.


Which of these 6 ideas do you care enough to start doing and continue to do most days?

  1. Drink more water.

  2. Add more Cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli (especially broccoli sprouts), Brussel sprouts and kale, AND dark leafy greens and beets to your plate.

  3. Sprinkle in herbs and spices - Tumeric, Ginger, Thyme and Rosemary are great ones to start with.

  4. Sip on green tea to induce detox pathways.

  5. Catch some zzz's. Quality rest allows you body to repair, heal and restore itself.

  6. Get sweaty. Sauna’s and good old fashioned physical activity.
